If you paid for an item in-game, but did not receive it, we can help!

Please reach out to us either through Helpshift or at kart-support@kungfufactory.com with a screenshot of your purchase receipt as well as your Settings screen so we can look up your UserID.

If you cannot locate your purchase receipt, please first check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still are unable to find it, please provide an estimation of when the purchase was made so we can verify your purchase. Please note that this is not always the easiest way to locate purchases, so we encourage users to keep their purchase receipts from Apple and/or Google Play.
